🕒 1. Processing Time

All of our beds, other furniture and accessories are handmade to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for your order to be manufactured and prepared for shipment after placing your order.

⏳ This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of your order. Weekends and holidays do not count.

🌍 2. Where We Ship & Shipping Costs

We ship our products to many countries across Europe and the world. Below is a breakdown of our shipping zones and rates.

EU & EEA – Free Shipping
Countries: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (except Azores & Madeira), Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Sweden, Switzerland
Shipping Cost: FREE

Europe – Flat Rate
Countries: Cyprus, Malta, United Kingdom
Shipping Cost: €80

Rest of the World
Countries: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Macao SAR, Singapore, Turkiye, United States
Shipping Cost: €185

🚚 Couriers
Within Europe we ship with DHL, FedEx, or TNT.
Outside Europe we mainly use UPS.

🌐 3. Shipping Outside the European Union (EU)

We happily ship worldwide, including destinations outside the European Union. Please note the following:
  • 📦 Import Duties & Taxes: If you are ordering from outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.), you may need to pay import duties, VAT, or other charges upon delivery. These are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
  • ⏳ Delivery Timeframes: While we aim to deliver quickly, international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can result in additional delays beyond our control.

📭 4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please provide a valid street address to ensure successful delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs clearance, or courier disruptions. However, we will always do our best to support you in case of issues.
