Returns & Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality Montessori furniture that you and your child will love. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may occur. Our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or repair.

2. Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please notify us as soon as possible. We will ship the correct item to you and cover any return shipping costs if necessary.

3. Change of Mind / General Returns

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or error (e.g. change of mind), we do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide instructions and shipping details.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

5. Important Notes

  • Custom duties, taxes or original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • We do not offer free returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • We do not accept returns for used or visibly assembled items
